The food here is fantastic, the rooms have been recently renovated and are affordable, come with thoughtful touches like an extra bottle, comfortable mattresses, and TV.

Unique cheap property with exceptional and incredible staff from the bell man to the room cleaners. Stunning and magnificent location, really close to Air Canada Centre. Only 10 minutes walking to downtown. Fabulous and delightful meals.

Recently renovated room offers amazing views of the CN Tower, and the bathroom is just like the pictures.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of Union Station, in the centre of the city. The staff is very polite, professional and helpful. Everything was perfect.

For a family with two children the hotel was very good.

The hotel offers good food. It is a modern hotel.- The location is ideal, close to shops.- The double room includes a stand-up shower and a bathroom.- The hotel provides wake-up service.- The staff at the reception desk are well-trained.

The handling of my complaint was very professional, we were refunded 25% of the stay without any problems. The location of the hotel is very good, just opposite the train station, from where you can get to the airport in 25 minutes for about 10 EUR/P.

Upon arrival we were offered an upgrade to a newer room, which should also be quieter. In fact, this room was then right opposite the supplier/staff elevator and from 6 a.m. onwards, one had the feeling that a train was passing through the room, an imposition.

Clean place with a great location near a grocery store. Check-in was quick, and the staff was pretty attentive. 🌟
